2 calls 2 days no messages and 718 isn't even in my damn country

This # came up twice in less than an hour, didnt answer either time and no messages were left. Same as cdudka29, this # isnt even from my country.

I recieved a call from here saying I won a trip! If I won a trip why would I have to pay money right away over the phone? do you agree, or am I paranoid?
