I have an app called Extreme Call Blocker which blocks all calls from phone numbers that are not in my contacts.
Has the option to hang up and not send them to voice mail. So nice. :)
Been getting calls from them for two months. Robo-voice asks for Christina R (no one here by that name), refer to a DEA number & ask that we contact them immediately to avoid litigation. Spoke with an "agent" who assured me they would not call again since they apparently had a wrong number. Of course, that was a lie, so now I don't answer. On DNC list, so will file report there as well (yeah, I know - that's an exercise in futility!)

These people aren't a collection agency. They are scammers try to get people to believe they area collection agency.
Everything about them is not legal in the way they imitate a collection agency so therefore I do not bother answering the phone.
I have blocked their number so they won't waste my time.
