This number showed up on my caller ID along with a message from a guy with a heavy accent named Michel. He said he was calling me on behalf of "a female friend from Moscow", who happened to be visiting New York City now.
He left a number for me to call her, which was 1-495-397-4587. The strange part is that I do chat with a couple of girls from the Moscow area sporadically on ICQ. I gave my number to one of the girls about a year ago and we talked on Skype once. I am thinking that maybe Skype or ICQ information was hacked?
