This number keeps calling and they start by claiming they don't hear you so you can say "Yes" to you can't hear but it's to authorize whatever they are offering. Again, they wait for you to say "hello" and they don't respond so you say "hello" again and they say, "can you hear me now" to get you to say "Yes" but they never said anything to begin with.
