There is no way to return this call. It is probably spoofed. IDEA FOR ANYONE THAT HAS THE TIME!!!!
If they call you and you have time, act sincerely interested. Make sure ALL your comments in information lead them on to the sale. f it is Solar, your monthly bill is $800 etc. You have been wanting to lower your bills..etc...
Make them spend their time. A salesman earns NOTHING when they spend time (like 30 minutes) and you eventually tell them that you are on the DNC list and not to call back. Remember these are CALL CENTERS, no sale calls are to be kept to 80-120 per hour!!! if the fall behind they lose their jobs and the company looses MONEY. Make them spend VALUABLE time on you. NEVER GIVE YORU REAL ADDRESS OR NAME, if they tell you that they have a different name or address, you just bought the house and you just changed phones, ETC. keep them BUSY, then after half an hour, laugh at them and tell them that they called to waist your time, and that you are on the DNC. Tell them it is only fair that you waisted their time.
Also if you want THEM to hang up, just tell them that this call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes. They will go away instantly.
Problem is , your dealing with a lot of the same companies who are using SPOOFED number and names.
They just get on the computer and call pick another number at random. Does no good what so ever to block the calls. The just pick another number at random.
Doing the same thing over and over , expecting a different outcome is futile.
