Phone rings, no one answers.

Calls many times a day but when we pick up they hang up!

Received a call from this phone number; the caller left a message; I called back ; a man answered; he said I have a package from P & G from Ohio.  He said he is from DHL.  I never ordered anything from P&G.  He couldn't supply my address on the package.  I hung up.  The caller is stranger

Received a voicemail from John Taylor with DHL, "Received package yesterday 'to be delivered as early as possible' give call back." Seems fishy.
