Called and left a message about health insurance. They gave an 888 number in the message saying to call them back before the end of the enrollment period if I didn't want to pay a tax penalty. I didn't answer the phone and didn't call back.

Ditto previous posts. Caller leaves message indicating they are responding to my request for health insurance (I have not inquired about health insurance) and leaves an 888 number to call back. Not returning the call.
The have called my cell several times, leaving sometimes hanging up and some times leaving VM. I am on the National No-Call list and this call was on my cell phone. No requests were ever made to them for any type of information. The number they called from is 718-285-8318 and the call back number their VM leaves is 888-733-4740.
