This supposedly is some sort of political "survey", completely automated recorded message. I tried calling the number back to tell them to STOP calling... NO answer, of course!
Called 718 285 8321. I did not answer. It was number I did not recognize. No message was left. Probably a scammer from a robo/spoof call. The pox on them.
