my machine pick up and the guy wanted to speak to Annie, i guess he didnt know it was an answering machine he kept asking for Annie, dont know what they wanted.
Have received several calls from this number on 09/02/2012 and 09/03/2012. No one speaks when I answer. I'm also on the Do Not Call List. I'm in Oklahoma.
They keep calling asking for my mother she passed in July 2012. One time they said they were a diabetic supplies place. The caller ID is showing the name as Statenis, NY. The number is not in service when we call back. A telephone representitive said if you've been on the do not call list for 31 days or longer you can call (513) 397- 7366. This is the annoyance call bureau. We have Cincinnati Bell I'm not sure if this is for Cincinnati Bell customers only.
The caller, identifying himself as a representative of some medical supply company (sorry, I didn't write down the name), told me that I have been diagnosed with diabetes. Since when is my medical diagnosis a matter of commercial public record? Even my family members have to provide proof of relationship to talk to doctors about my medical care. I have filled out dozens of HIPAA statements and not once have I given permission to put my name and diagnosis on a telemarketer's list.
