I got a call from this number a few times over last week or two. Today I answered the call and I was advised it was some type of employment web site return call regarding a site I visited. I told caller it was a mistake - I hung-up phone immediately after that.
Bottom line: I do not have a clue who this caller REALLY is or exactly what they want.
They called once today. I did not answer and they did not leave any voice message. As I am in a job search, these annoying calls must be likely from career advisor or back to university places but not from any serious work offer. As far as I know, it is illegal to collect phone numbers to use them for any different purpose as these guys are doing.
I received this call twice. I didn't answer the first time and they did not leave a message. immediately after they called again and when I answered it was a machine saying their name was Amy and they were an occupational advisor. If you have gone on Monster, Indeed or any of the employment sites, then they get your number through your resume and try to help you find a job and education.
