Called received at 3:57 AM - I was panicked - ran downstairs-no message left
A pause then a hang up !! (I did call Time Warner that day because my cable box went out-They called back w. an automated survey which i completed)
another call cam at 4:15 AM =- frm 718-670-0200 which is a close number to a local hospital - i really panicked!!...

Woken up by 2 calls from this number, one at 3 AM, the other at about 3:30. They hung up when I answered, tried calling them back to find out who it was, got a message that said the number was no longer connected. Would appreciate knowing who it is.
