I received call from this number like three times in 1 minute. Person continues to hang up. When I dial the number back, that dreaded automated voice says "your call can not be completed as dialed...". Who is this?
WE'VE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. 3 SO FAR THIS MORNING. THE FIRST TIME THE PHONE RANG, THE ANSWERING MACHINE PICKED UP AND THEY HUNG UP. ABOUT FIVE MINUTES LATER, THE PHONE RANGE ONCE, WE PICKED UP AND THE CALLER HUNG UP. THE THIRD TIME WE PICKED UP THERE WERE A COUPLE OF CLICKS AND THEN A BUSY SIGNAL.
