Who called from 7182964957

I have been receiving this number calling me at least twice daily recently. the caller ID says Winiar Kinga.

the calls supposedly are originating from Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens.   I have also found that India is shown in looking up this annoying number.

I'd love to get my hands on this Dot-Head Winiar Kinga

I got a call today from this number too and the lady with an Indian accent said she was from National Grid and that I had qualified for a discount on my bill. She wanted me to verified my account in order to get the discount and I told her that I will call National Grid and provide that information. I think this is definitely a scam.
