This number calls. Won't leave msg. You can't cl it back or block it

Just got a call from this scam number telling me my child requested some educational materials.
Could tell it was bs by the unprofessional ghetto manner.  Tried to call it back, and I get recording that number is not in service.

at least once a day I get a call from this number. we have an answering machine and they never leave a message. hoping to get them on the line just once!

we get a call once a day n when i answer, they just hang up n when we call back, its just not in service.
