Someone from this company called my 78 year old mother who is confined to a chair and cannot walk, and she told them I am not there, which I have'nt lived there since 1990. They asked can she take a message, she stated I can take a verbal message, the person who would not give a name replied "Why don't you get up off your tail and get a pen and write the message down?" She replied why don't you get up off your tail and hang up.  Then my mom hang up.

They are calling about Medical Bills.  I wasn't able to pay for my abortion and they bought the debt. But who should have to pay for this procedure it is my right to have an abortion.

If you choose to speak to them again,  tell them you demand they send all inquries in writing and you do not want them calling you again. Tell them you expect them to comply with the Fair Debt and Collection Act.  Get their address and state that in writing to them. Do not admit to the debt in the letter, deny it and demand they send you proof of claim and that all communications be in writing.  If they call you again, they have violated the Fair Debt and Collection Act and you can sue them.

The person who had my phone number had a lot of debt. This number has been calling me for about 3 months and each time I hear the recording, it says press 4 if this is not you so I press 4. Then when a direct person contacts me, I explain that I am not this person, and they still call me. They've called about 30 times already!!!

I have been recieving many,many phone calls from different area codes from what sounds like the same man. I ask him to please stop calling me he says he can not do that. I hang up he calls back from a different area code and I asked him why are you still calling me. he says "because I like to call you" I ask to speak to his supervisor he says he is the supervisor. I told asked him again to please stop calling me and hang up. He then calls me back and tells me to go fu*k myself. Ugh!
