I got a call from this number, when I first answered, I said my department and first name. He asked, "Who are you?" So I repeated myself, then he asks for my boss, so I ask who it is and nothing. I repeatedly stated hello and asked him again, he just completely ignored me. So I put him on hold for a bit, as I got back on the line, I just hear him say, "so goooood byeeeeee." just like that, a long goodbye...that was weird. Now that I know what number this is, I know better than to patch him through to anyone in my department.
I have filed a complaint against this number with the National Do No Call Regestry every time tye call hoping that being fined for calling would stop them. Apparently they have the money to pay the fines imposed because they continue to call. I finally decided that every time they call now I press the answer button on the phone and let it sit onmy desk until I see that they have hung up. Not only do they end up paying for the call but will continue to pay the fines imposed by the National Do Not Call Resistry.
I finally answered one day and told them not to call me again at my work number or my cell number. They told me that I had completed an inquiry that had been sent to my email address and I told them I had not responded to any email requesting info. They said they would take me off the call list. That was about two weeks ago and just when I thought it had worked, I received another call today - both at work and on my cell. I had a friend answer my phone for me and tell them that I had passed away. Let's see if that works!
I literally get 6-8 calls from this number 7 days a week. They never leave a message. The number just appears over and over and over on my cell phone. It's been over 3 months since the calls started. You would think they would give up by now....they don't. I don't understand why....PLEASE STOP CALLING ME - I beg of you! I am never going to take your call!
