Robocall.  Hung up without listening to the robomessage.  I'm so sick of these calls.  I don't owe anyone any money, so it was either a telemarketer or a scammer.

Why robocall or telemarket my number when you search the caller and get all the callers info?

How does a non working number keep calling my phone, when I answer it hangs up

its called spoofing     it is any number the caller wants on the id to fool the other      it really makes no sense at all why they are even calling
