to receive a recording stating that the number is 'no longer in service', 'representative not available', 'reorder tone', etc.

Caller ID said Francis Poon, male middle eastern said he was with some energy solutions company and wanted to sell windows. That will be the day I ever deal cold turkey with scam telemarketers!
Hey I got a call too. I called them back and asked what's going on. Apparently they're being phone spoofed. Like someone hacked their phone number. It's happened to me too. It's not them. Sucks though
