Their phone calls always wake me up when I'm taking a nap. Pains in the [***]! Thanks to "PBL", I called the number and pressed 1 to be removed from their marketing list. No idea where they got my number. I have also been called from the same outfit with 212-660-9874 and 917-391-0668. All three numbers show New York on caller Id which I no longer answer. Should be punishable by law
"American Financial Services" telemarketer. We're on both the state and national Do Not Call lists, which means this call most likely originated offshore and used a spoofed caller I.D.
He called asking for my husband by name. I asked him what it was in reference to and what was his name and the company he was calling for. He told me his name was Simon Foster (took him a bit) and he worked for american financial credit services and they were doing a survey in my area for people with over ten thousand dollars in credit card debt. I told him we didn't have any credit card debt and he sounded surprised. He obviously had calling lists for people who live in high end areas. I was polite and asked him to take us off his calling list. He said he would, let's see if he does. This is a new one--the way they used to do it was by saying they were calling about my credit card. He said Visa, I said which one. He couldn't answer that one and hung up.
I receive a phone call once or twice a day from this number. My caller ID shows it to be Pinnacle which is a home security company. The caller is wanting me to combine my credit cards to pay them off. I have told them I am not interested and to remove me from their call list. My number is registered with DO NOT CALL. The person has a foreign accent and is hard to understand. when I ask to be removed from the call list, I get abruptly hung up on... Until the next time they call and the same happens. Very irritating.
