This is a recording.Caller ID said Chase.  Stated that my account had been flagged as eligible for a reduction because of a settlement with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Pres 1 to continue, press 2 to opt out.  It sounded fishy, so I pressed 2 and contacted Chase customer svce who confirmed the call did not come from Chase.
