Seems like it was a robocall.

Claimed they were with the police and asking for money for their association. I hung up. I wish the government would do something about these calls. I see so many complaints on this site.

This guy called and said he was from the nypd police chiefs association, before he said anything more I told him to go get a real job and hung up.

ask the "hard working" jerk civil servant what his Tax ID is and also for form 990
