Who called from 7184759208

Call, no message.  No clue who it's from.

Called about Noon today. I don't normally answer long distance calls but wait for a message to be left. Like other scammer calls, this one hung up after two rings. I guess they figure that curious people will call the number back.

Called my cell. Unrecognized number. Blocked for the future.

I didn't hear the ringing cell phone at 5:30p CT.  I just saw the missed call from this phone number; no message.  5:30p 1/11/16

Did a reverse phone lookup. Said it was Harlem Children's Zone Inc. 309 W 134th St New York, NY 10030
