If you Google "ING" and "D F King", you'll find SEC forms outlining their allowed inbound and outbound call script regarding this vote on May 13. So, odds are if you're getting these calls, you're probably an ING shareholder. That doesn't explain all the dead air calls and failures to leave messages on answering machines. But, crappy phone bank employees might help explain that little annoying hiccup.
