Fist time they called it was late last niter, the second time they called, said hello once and said what do you want, they didn't answer me. Phone number now blocked, call from BILL PAY NETWORK

Bill Pay Network 2x last 2 days 3 to 4 PM I am current with all accounts so it's a scam.

Called on 2/4/17. Caller ID says, "Ramada Plaza HQ."  Left no message.
