Stop calling this number

called me 3 days in a row. i picked up the firt time thinking it was my sons school. a lady asked me if i pay for my con ed bill and i asked whyere she was calling from and she said an energy company and I said no thank you and hung up. they continue to call...so frustrating

picked up the phone and got:

"Hello?"
"Yes, Hello? Good afternoon, sir. How are you doing today?"
-- [silence from me]

You call me and don't even address me by name? Obviously calling with bad intentions.
