This is a criminal attempting to extort money for a nonexistent debt. Follow the advice given by the FCC.

This number just texted me the exact same thing that is being posted already on here. It's a text version of the calls I receive sometimes telling me there is a warrant for my arrest. Do not call this number or respond to it. Report it to local law enforcement, as it is harassment and not legal at all.They are trying to steal money from by playing on people's fears and intimidating them.
