I spoke to a supposed supervisor the third time I called and when I asked him what site I visited, he said Google or Yahoo or some other site. I told him that was ridiculous and he knows it.
Here is what I suggest: report them to the Do Not Call list. If enough of us take a few minutes to do that, maybe it will have an impact.
Second, block your caller ID and keep calling their toll-free number. Usually companies pay a per call charge for toll free calls. In addition, keep them on the phone as long as possible to disrupt their business.
