Third call today, and one call a few weeks ago.
A woman with a heavy Spanish accent asks, quite rudely and aggressively, whether I speak Spanish.

I keep getting calls from this #.  When I call back, it is always busy.  I want to know who is calling - I am on the do not call list.  I want to report this [***] who is harassing me.

this caller is calling several times a day I have let them know that I do not speak spanish yet they continue to call
