I received two calls today from this number, saying the same things. I unleashed a torrent of foul language that would have made a sailor blush and eventually had the other guy swearing back at me before he hung up.
I personally took it as a badge of honor to get a scam artist to hang up on me in frustration.
Got two phone calls from this number today, with the same recorded message in a heavy Indian accent stating that I was being investigated for tax fraud and tax evasion, and that I or my criminal defense attorney needed to call them back before I got arrested. A little tip-off is that they didn't use my name (or any name) in the message. Umm, if you know all that about my alleged impending arrest, I'd think you would know my name.
"super(?) your case is registered into the federal team court house. I'm just so you get arrested. Call us at 718-509-3076. The very next moment you receive this message. I want you or your criminal attorney to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. I repeat the number is 718-509-3076. Thank you."
