Got a call, asking for "the person who handles the electricity bill." Call came out of NYC.

Got a call asking to speak to person handling electric bill...promptly hung up after saying goodbye...SHE CALLED BACK...told her stop bothering me...waiting to see if she calls again

I got a call from 718-509-6952 on March 23, 2016 at 9:35 am.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," which almost always means a telemarketer.  Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their ID?  I would think so.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for over ten years.
