This particular telemarketer has been bugging me for months. Sometimes his number is masked and sometimes it's not. He says his name is Ellsworth. And he's very rude most of the time. Once while asking me where the other receptionist was, he said, "She's probably off getting a soda, you know how she is."
He started calling multiple times a day. Our IT guy set up an extension on our switchboard that plays Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up." So, when he calls, I transfer him in there. He's called back several times saying he's just put on hold. He doesn't realize he's being rick rolled.
We've even had co-workers fake accents just to annoy him. We can't shake this guy.
(This is true - not joking. Though, the story is hilarious.)
