Claimed he was an account manager for Con Edison and wanted to talk about my bill. I said that I hadn't lived in NYC for years and don't have con edison in my current city. He said "Okay, I'll take you off our list. thank you for your time" Pretty p[ainless, just answer this call and ask them to be removed from their list.
