This person called me twice from NY and said that he knows I have credit card debt and he wants to help. The fiest time he called he said he was from American Services and the next time it was from Consumers credit. He has an accent from India and he got combatent with me when I questioned why he called me again when I said I wasn't interested the first time he called. Finally I just hung up.

I received a call saying that they could eliminate the interest on my credit card debt. He asked a lot of questions about the amount of my debt, the amount of my monthly payments, and if I have a job. I figure that was just to try to sound legit. I asked for the name of his company and he said American Debt Center. Then he put his "consultant" on the phone. I asked what his company was, and he said it was a law firm in Lighthouse Point Florida. Funny, the caller ID said Bronx NY. I said that he was telling me something different from the first guy, and he hung up on me.
I have received so many calls from a guy with an Indian accent who says his name is "David Williams" he calls every business day at 8:00am saying he is returning my call as requested and I keep telling him I never called them and to quit calling me. Today when I said that he said "Get lost you [***]!" and hung up. Today he called back with his supervisor on the line his name is "Gary Lewis" and I asked "Why are you calling me again?" In the background I could hear (David?) saying "[***] you" it was whispired. I said quit calling me and hung up! I will see if they call me tomorrow morning and if they do I will take furthur action. Supervisor name is Gary Lewis and his phone # is: 1-480-382-7650 They claim they work for DNS or DRS they say they can reduce your debt to half. When I talked to Gary I told him I didn't need their service he said "Then why the hell did you call us?" These guys are very persistent and mean. They are starting to freak me out!

I was just called from this number, told I had 12,000 in credit card debt, which I do not. Then I was asked how much debt I had. I said it was none of her business and to put me on their "do not call" list. Caller then told me to "shut up." I hung up the phone.
