Just received it too. This is yet another  Teleterrorist "Cold Call" to be entered into the 'PhoneTray'  list to be blocked!

First block your own 'caller ID' number by dialing *67 to get the secondary 'stutter' dial tone.  Then dial the above number
to receive a recording stating that the number is 'no longer in service', 'representative not available right now', 'ring no answer' tone
or the 'reorder' tone.
This is a baloney 'survey' cold call..    Guess I get to be the first kid on the block to list it here..
