Calling both cell and home phone. Told them I was filing a complaint with the state. Where can I fill a complaint? They have this number, private and unknown showing up on my caller ID.
Called non-stop all morning from 6:30am-2pm from various different caller ID numbers even though it was the same outsourced telemarketing from India. Tried explaining I wasn't interested in their loan. Tried asking them to remove my number. Even played jokes on them asking them if they were interested in a loan or auto insurance. Literally spoke with different people every time. Finally got them to stop after giving a bunch of fake information to them. They were fishing for info on education level and citizenship. Made up the answers using my creativity and then they stopped calling. Perhaps this will work for others.
I answered, said nothing, he said hello and hung up and never called again. I have been getting 20 calls a day from all over the country...some within minutes of each other.
