When I answer they hang up

They use the name "John Hancock" on the Caller ID.  I don't know if they leave a message, because I have blocking software and do not get any of these calls. I used to get up to 20 of these calls a day; now I'm down to about 5 a week. I recommend some type of call blocking system if you have a problem with these calls

When I answer they hang up.  New York number.

This number calls once a day.  No answer when picked up. I no longer answer.
