That number 718-569-5725 call me early on few moments before 11am est. They went to voice mail and only left a 2 second voice message and had delete it. I decided to call back the number and it is a Debit Collection Out service debit something close to that. I never hear of them and it ask me if I was so and so. I click yes then it ask me for my last 4 digital social security number then it said my balance is about 1200 bucks and how would I like to pay for it by credit card, checking acct or by mail. So decided to hang up again and call back a few times to see if I know the name of the debit collection that was calling me. I am clueless who the hell they are.
I get calls from this number several times a day. No message. I haven't answered because my opinion is if they can't identify themselves in the caller ID or a voice message, they have no business calling me. I want this to stop but I don't want to have to pay Verizon $5 per month to block the phone number.
I am just auto rejecting this call when it comes up daily. I guarantee you Collection attempts from 10 years+. Yes I would rather just deal with it but until they identify themselves instead of unknown, not playing homey.

I wish they had left a real voice message on the voice mail instead of a 2 second voice mail on it which I find it very rude of them knowing that I usually have my cell phone turn off during the day. But really if they was nice enough they would left a real voice message instead of a 2 second voice message lol.
Got the "2 second voice mail" like others on my home phone. Called the number back from my work and immediately got a message asking me to please hold for the next available representative. Eventually got someone on the line who said he couldn't find the number I was calling from in his system (he pulled my work # from the caller ID). I gave him my home number that they had called and he asked if I had received a letter from Convergent yet and I told him no. He then asked me if I was some other person who must have had our number before us and I told him no. The rep then said he'd remove my number from their list.
