Who called from 7185766589

Two calls, supposedly from 718 576 6589, on different dates.

1.  Some friends, using a cel phone(?) (Arizona)
2.  David Dewhurst (Texas)  political survey

Two different callers, from different states, but the area code is New York!

Hmmm... there is a "Cheap Talk calling card" ... I wonder if this might be related?

I received a call from 718-576-6589 and the caller asked for Steven Grant.  When I said no one by that name lives here, the caller hung up.

I get this call occasionally and no one is there. We are on a no call list but it doesn't seem to matter.

I received a call from this phone number at 2:35 am.  I immediately jumped out of bed thinking it was from a family member who may be ill. I truly want to get to the bottom of who is calling, I want to file a complaint against whomever this is.
