I just recived a call from them to it is a scam they
said that I took out a loan and the loan person did not want money
I was going to be arrested I asked for what and they could not tell me
Anything when I asked to speak with supervior he started cussing at me.
When I called number back they got magic jack.
it did not sound right it is a scam I am going to contact my lawer something
Should be done with people like this my fear is how did they get my information
This guy Mike Anderson....Wow!!! Really.... Total scam artist. I called the number back and ended up with a Magic Jack recording. When I finally talked to the guy, he stated that he was from a state investigation office and I asked him, Why is a state investigation office using Magic Jack and where are you located. He told he that I would be arrested and hung up the phone. I kept calling him back but he would hang up in my face. I will be calling my attorney today. I think everybody that has received calls from this guy should get together and do something.
I have been receiving calls from this company since February from Mike Anderson, threatening phone calls, cussing the only time that I did speak with him. He can barely speak english. Same thing as all of you, stated that I owed money for an unpaid payday loan. I have gotten one in the past, but I do not still owe money. I have received numerous phone calls from this number and Yesterday, I actually received an email in my personal email account with a form that appears to be a warrant. The only thing is there are 3 mis-spellings with in the form including Judge. Which had to make me laugh. I contacted a friend who has a friend who works with the FBI today. They phoned this a$$hole and they are not even in the US. This is confirmed as a complete scam.
Just received an email from Mike Anderson with an arrest warrant from an unpaid loan all I could do was laugh because what real attorney sends you the actual arrest warrant lol this is the biggest scam ever don't waste your time contacting this person.
