Today, Ashley. Semi automated. Some kind of "job" site. Odd.

This is an automated voice who calls herself Ashley (interesting).  It appears that information was taken from email sent.  My advice is to block the call.

Not 5 seconds after 'applying' for some job, the damn phone rings.
