I am receiving several calls a day from 718-618-5437 someone refusing to identify himself states I owe Capitol One money however I have never had a capitol one card so I just hang up and when the caller ID shows the number again I just do not answer
a lot of people are defaulting on loans and a lot of collector are doing a lot of fishing. I have receive a lot of calls for people who I don't know and do not live at my address. I do have a popular surname and I suspect they just call every one with that last name just to see if they find who their looking for. Also, as for some credit card starting a law suit, good luck to the credit card company cause the default rate is in the trillion with the economy the way it is ....its like trying to get blood from a rock.
