Got a call on my cell from this number.  No message left.

I declined the call. Probably spam

Yeah, I just got a call from them too. Hang up, no voicemail. It's getting more frequent, that I'm getting calls from NYC area codes with hang-up's-only. It's getting really old.

This number contacted me stating that I had a delinquent account. They then went on to demand that I get my checkbook. I hung up on them and have blocked their number.
