I had recevd a call by the same name of steve wilson 2 weeks ago he said he is a compliance officer in Financial Infraction Department and provide me a settlement on my payday loan debt i told him that i
will pay this off next month but he told me that they can hold this case only for 24hrs - 48hrs so i had
received a legal noticfication from them 2 days back. Now want to settle this off but they are not assisting me.They are saying steve wilson signed the legal documents and you need to dispute this in the court house.
Steve or Eric called with my information gotten from a pay day loan saying I was being sued for $4000 if I did not pay. wanted me to arrange a payment I hung up. they are a scam
i received a call from this no. one month back regarding a lawsuit on payday loan at that point i'd ignored that call but now i have received the legal documents and the print shot of online payday loan by the client and the attorney. I called the attorney once again just to settle this debt with the discounted amount which they provided me earlier then they are saying you need to dispute this matter in court house they already signed the court papers and forward my file to jury members. i don't want to pay $4500 over there. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ACCOUNT.
