We got a call from this number today at 6:20 pm, and it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous such calls, our call blocker now blocks all calls from this area code. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls) I heard a recording that said "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." The number is most likely spoofed. I highly recommend a call blocker to avoid these nuisances.
