This is yet another spoofed number that scam artists are using to call random people. Their tactic is to create a phone number similar to yours to come up on your Caller ID so you think it's someone local that you know so you'll answer your phone. Their prerecorded message has a young lady's voice, all excited to give you all kinds of free vacations, and trying to sound like she is talking to you live,  even fake giggling, prompting you to talk. This has got to be one of those scams to get you to say the word yes as they record it so they can scam you. Sorry but I'm not an idiot. No victim here, scammers. "Bye Felicia!"
