This is yet another spoofed number that scam artists are using to call random people. Their tactic is to create a phone number similar to yours to come up on your Caller ID so you think it's someone local that you know so you'll answer your phone. Sorry but I'm not an idiot. Congratulations scammers, you just got another of your fake numbers identified and put on my block list. No victim here so "Bye Felicia!"
