(718)-621-7890 (Rita) left message, we called her back, she was nasty and rude so I hung up on her. She called back, I hung up on her again. I called her back and told her "don't ever call here again" EVER or I will report you and then I hung up again. It's tough enough to scare me in person, you CAN'T scare me over the phone.
Very rude and insisted talking to the owner regarding "new client" matters. Got defensive when I asked about their company name and what do they do. do not trust a word that they say.
"Diana" repeatedly insisted she needed to speak with the owner about "business". She was very aggressive & despite polite questioning, would not offer any details about the nature of the call.
Caller "Lina" or "Vina" w/ a very thick accent left a message & we returned the call, leaving one of our own. She called back & insisted on speaking to the owner about "business" claiming she had been recommended and would not give any information. When I explained that I was trying to help her because he wouldn't return a non-specific message she told me I needed to "go to bed because you are nervous in the morning" and that it's only my job to take a message, so I should be a "good little worker" and continued to yell and be rude when I asked her for her company name. She eventually hung up on me.
I just got a phone call from “Lina Laskara”. She wanted to talk to the owner of the business....she said we have been recommended to her. She wants to be called back and left me her phone #. She speaks with thick accent.
