Who called from 7186402499

I have been getting harassed by this number and I cannot get them to take us off their calling list!

Abandoned call.

But since they call everyday, it's not like I can't figure out that they called yet again.

Another company calling to give me capital for my business. Annoying.

These people are rude and a nuisance! they will not accept me telling them to take me off their data base.  They just hang up.  And when I try to call back it takes me to the person's voice mail, which of course, i cannot leave messages!  Then the recording indicates to press "0" for the operator, and guess what?!!! that doesn't take you anywhere!!!! I despise these phone calls!!

Just earned a contact in my cell called [***] Telemarketer that dumps straight to voicemail.
