Got a call. English is obviously a problem for the caller, as well is a grasp of the facts. Calling for a "debt from [your] creditors," though I haven't any debt. Sounds like a scam. Identified himself as calling from "Universal Servies"
I just got a call from this same number and must have been the same guy with broken english. When I told him I was not interested he cursed me out and threatened me.
Just got call, he asked for my wife name. Said it was in reference to a credit card. He seemed very odd, long pauses, less than stellar English. I asked whether this was regarding an existing account or a solicitation for a new card - long pause, then he replied "existing". Gave phone to my wife, just in case it was regarding a security matter; he continued to fail to make sense. Last thing he uttered was literally "Blah!", we hung up.
