Who called from 7186766982

Just called me at 5:55 pm and hung up.I called back but they said the number wasnt in service

I just received a call from a man with a thick NYC accent at that number. The person asked my name. When I confirmed that it was me, he said, "Okay, we have a connect. Bye." And he hung up. When I tried calling the number back, I found it's not in service.

same thing called asked if it was me and said ok and hung up

same as above and the caller did not identify himself
